My name is Adelin Fizesan. I don't have an office with twenty people, I don't have account managers, and nobody calls you from the “sales department”. When you work with me, you work with me — from the first conversation to the last pixel delivered.

It also means I can't take on just anyone. There's no way I could. I work with a small number of clients, chosen carefully, and I go all in on each one. Everyone else gets an honest “no”, not a proposal dragged out over three months.

I was a competitive athlete — ranked 1st in Romania in Street Trials and Urban Freeride. Years when the routine was: train, crash, film, repeat. Backflips, drops, the lines you'll see in the clip below.

I'm not putting this here to look good. I'm putting it here because everything else comes from it: the discipline to repeat something a thousand times until it comes out perfect, and the habit of not stopping when it hurts. Today I carry it into kickboxing, and into everything else I do.

I didn't get into marketing through a three-week course. I got in at 12, with a laptop, and I haven't stopped since. I've been through almost everything you can do online. The beginner mistakes are long behind me: what you have in front of you today is a veteran who is lethal when it comes to human psychology and how you convince someone to buy.

Right now I own 2 YouTube channels with over 100,000,000 views and I only do marketing for very specific clients. I don't take projects just to have them.

For years I worked exclusively outside Romania — clients in other countries, another time zone, different standards. It's only recently that I started working in Romania as well, and I still keep the number of spots deliberately small.

The main focus now is web development: sites built from scratch, fast, designed to sell — not something dragged onto a template.
